They accused Jersey City Black Panthern revolutionary’s “Dueberry” Rowley, “Count” Hicks, & Vic Perez for this shooting. Pretty sure it had somethin to do with retaliation against the police at the time for them harassing the Black Panther Party and all the young kids in the community for so long with these devils taking orders from other devils like J Edgar Hoover, Lyndon B Johnson, Jersey City Mayor at the time Mayor Whelin, and the rest of the Cointell Pro of the FBI.
These politicians and police made it hard for black folk in the 60s to thrive like other sections.
